Vacancy Warehouse manager
Geru Fulfillment BV is a young company that is currently experiencing good growth. The company stocks goods from webshops and prepares their orders for shipment. To facilitate this growth, we are looking for a motivated employee M/V/X who, after an internal training, takes an active pioneering role in the logistics department.
The place of employment is our warehouse in Deinze.
Task package
After internal training you will be involved in all logistics tasks:
- Pick and pack orders in the warehouse so they are ready for shipment
- The packages are brought to the courier companies with an external carrier
- Receive and store incoming goods in the warehouse
- Follow up on customer questions
- Optimizing used space in the warehouse
- Take on administrative logistical tasks
In addition, you are responsible for handling various administrative tasks, such as managing deliveries, communicating with customers, maintaining the correct data in the WMS. You are responsible for the smooth running of the operational tasks.
Profile
No specific degree is required for this position. However, some logistics experience, a dose of common sense and communicative skills are required.
The ideal employee meets these conditions:
- You have a sense of responsibility and a desire to roll up your sleeves
- Preferably has a driving license B, this is an ordinary driving license
- Speaks Dutch and English fluently
- Knowledge of French is a plus
- Flexible set up
